Inspection Status:

Inspection rates across the United States continue to rise, with a focus on issues related to cargo value, CPS, and FDA compliance. Inspection facilities are currently overwhelmed, leading to an estimated delay of about one week.

Container Pickup and Return:

The average container pickup and return time is currently around 4 days, and port operations for returning containers are running normally.

Direct Delivery to Amazon Appointments:

In the past two weeks, there has been a significant increase in unexplained cancellations and rescheduling of appointments by Amazon. The reasons provided for these changes are mainly “Duplicate Appointment.” Most of the canceled appointments are related to overstocked warehouse locations, such as SMF3, SCK4, LAS1, GYR3, SBD1, LAX9, ONT8, among others. This issue has persisted for a week with no signs of improvement.

Pallet Deliveries for Amazon Appointments:

There is an overall delay of 1-3 weeks for pallet deliveries to Amazon, with an average waiting time of 5-10 hours.
